Olivier WOLFF

Olivier is driven by a deep curiosity for how teams operate, and how the quality of their interactions, especially in meetings, impacts performance.
With a background in leading international organisations across media, technology, and entertainment, Olivier spent 20 years in cross-functional, cross-cultural collaboration, with a focus on people development and team efficiency. He nurtured teams in 60 countries, navigated mergers and crises, and helped businesses and their members pivot in times of digital disruption.
Throughout this journey, one insight has become central: meetings are where a team's true culture reveals itself. They are not just a reflection of how work is managed, but of how people relate, contribute, and align. Poorly designed, they drain energy and clarity. But handled with care, they unlock trust, engagement, and momentum.
This belief led Olivier to Reuniology, a structured and human-centred approach to meeting effectiveness developed by Louis Vareille. Certified to deliver the method in France, the UK, Spain, and broader EMEA, Olivier now works with organisations to diagnose team patterns, build collective practices, and foster inclusive environments where people feel heard, useful, and energised.
In parallel, he acts as a NED and contributes to the governance of industry associations. His work is informed by his multicultural background, governance education, and strong commitment to inclusion and sustainability.
Jo WILLIAMS

Jo’s passion lies in helping individuals and teams uncover their strengths, foster trust, and create collaborative environments where people thrive and grow together.
A seasoned executive with over two decades of international experience, Jo has led marketing, business development, and licensing teams in the media, tech, and entertainment industries. Her leadership journey has been defined by building inclusive, high-performing teams and navigating complex transitions, including digital transformations, mergers, and restructures.
Over the years, Jo developed a deep belief how a team shows up together, in meetings, brainstorms, or challenges reveals its potential. Facilitated well, these moments become the engine for connection, insight, and lasting progress and at the core of this is how we manage and respect people’s time. This is why Jo is passionate about sharing Reuniology and its method.
Today, Jo partners with organisations and individuals as an executive and career coach, helping professionals move forward with clarity and intention.
Certified by Louis Vareille to deploy Reuniology in the UK, Jo holds an Executive Coaching Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, is ICF-accredited (ACC) and is a certified practitioner of the Prophet team profiling tool. She runs her own coaching practice, works as an Associate for LHH as a career coach and facilitator and is a Board Member of the UK Chapter of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Samar EL HACHEM

Samar brings a deeply human approach to transformation, helping leaders and teams mobilise collective intelligence and strengthen the relationships that make change possible.
She spent nearly twenty years in the tech industry, leading operations teams across EMEA, driving digital and organisational transformation programmes, bringing together multicultural teams, and supporting executives in complex, constantly evolving environments.
Through her work in the field, she developed a strong belief: meetings are a mirror of an organisation’s real culture. They are where strategies leave the slides and move into execution, and where team dynamics either accelerate or slow down change.
Today, Samar supports organisations through change by acting as a sparring partner to executives, coaching leaders and teams, advising on change management, and helping make meetings more inclusive, effective and action-oriented.
Certified by Louis Vareille to deliver Reuniology™ in EMEA, Samar combines an Executive Master’s in Change Leadership from HEC Paris, in partnership with the University of Oxford, an engineering background, and an ICF-ACC coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation.
Philippe PAULUS

An engineer by training, Philippe supports teams and leaders in building organisations that are clearer, more fluid and genuinely value-driven.
From the technical to the human, his career has been built around a single goal: improving the way teams work together. With more than 25 years of experience managing projects, products, teams and organisations, he supports startups, SMEs and large groups through their agile and cultural transformations.
He helps organisations simplify collaboration, clarify roles and streamline decision-making — in particular by transforming the effectiveness of their meetings.
An expert in agile practices, he provides support on the structural levers of transformation: value chains, key roles, governance and a culture of sustainable collaboration.
A trainer and speaker, he shares a pragmatic, human and structured approach, centred on understanding what is at stake, organisational clarity and the meaning of working together.
His ambition: to help teams and organisations regain coherence, trust and fluidity in the way they cooperate.
Louis VAREILLE

Louis VAREILLE has loved bringing people together for more than 40 years…
Today, he is an “field-tested meeting expert.”
After a 30-year international career, mainly at Danone in technical roles (R&D, Quality, Nutrition) and then in stakeholder-influence roles (Crisis Management, Public Affairs), Louis VAREILLE created the International School of Reuniology in 2017, now known as Reuniology.
With experience facilitating more than 13,000 meetings in highly diverse and often intercultural contexts — team management, coordination of expert communities and chairing international professional associations — he enjoys mobilizing teams and organisations in motion, drawing on his dual coach training (TPA London and HEC Paris) and his passion for people collective work (book published in 2017).
He supports a wide range of organisations that have chosen to take a closer look at their meeting practices.
He chairs four associations, keeping him connected to diverse collective dynamics.
On 20 January 2022, Louis published "La Réunionite, ça suffit."
