I did not waste my time, however, as one of the final scenes takes place in an American courtroom
between a man in search of love and the president of a dating site. Their two lawyers take the floor in turn to explain how they will convince the jury of the guilt or innocence of the people they are defending. The first announces: “I will show you how my client never deceived the consumer”. The second: “I will demonstrate that my client was misled by the promises made by the site…”.
An incredible demonstration that it is possible to be very direct in the way you present an objective in a meeting.
