In meetings, I pay attention to a great many things, of course.
But there is one thing I pay particular attention to: everything that is not there!!! Depending on the meeting, that might be: an objective for the discussion, the person competent on the subject, some discipline in how the speaking turns circulate, enough time for every opinion to be voiced…
