I love watching meetings, even fictional ones. Just as a hairdresser no doubt watches the haircuts, a mechanic the cars, or a dressmaker the dresses — in a film or a series, I watch the meetings.
There are countless films where the plot comes to a head in a meeting.
Think of the crisis meetings in “Apollo 13”, the Jedi council in “Star Wars”, the management committee in “Le placard”, or the briefings in “Top Gun” — not forgetting the jury deliberation that lasts the entire length of “12 Angry Men” …

Right now, I’m savouring two series: “The Morning Show” and “Succession”.
If you’re watching the first, look out for episode 8 of season 2. You’ll see how a manager (Mia) gathers the team to break some bad news.

If you have time to watch the second, you’ll see that the whole series is one long succession of meetings, with a special mention for episode 4 of season 3. Take the time to savour the walking meeting in which three protagonists (Logan, Kendall and Josh) talk as they walk, cycling through every possible combination that arises when three people share a conversation.
Notice in particular how one of them uses the situation to come out on top.
